$ 2.5 trillion in Chinese financial revenue in 11 months

China's fiscal revenue rose 6.5 percent year-on-year to 17.23 trillion yuan (about 2.5 trillion US dollars) in the first 11 months of this year, the Ministry of Finance said on Friday.


The country's fiscal revenue was 1.08 trillion yuan (156 billion US dollars) last month, down 5.4 percent year on year, the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

China's tax revenue in November last year was 805.1 billion yuan (116.8 billion US dollars), down 8.3 percent year-on-year, compared with 5.1 percent of the decline in October, the ministry said.

The country's financial spending fell by 0.8 percent year-on-year to 1.64 trillion yuan ($ 238 billion) last November, and the volume of financial spending between January and November increased by 6.8 percent to 19.2 trillion (2.78 trillion US dollars), recording 91.4 percent of the planned budget for the year 2018.
